I would have to say the Cardinals. Ya the Yankees make it every year but they always choke in the playoffs. The Cardinals have mad it to the World Series 2 of the last 3 years and showed that they can contend with good clubs. Not to mention the World Series Title. Marlins just had a good year in 2003 and the Red Sox choke to in the playoffs. White Sox just came out of nowhere in 2005 but weren't that great those previous years. Diamondbacks however just plain suck. Angels have proved to be a playoff calibre team but still the Cards reign superior.

You could make a case for the Yankees or Cardinals.
The Yankees are in the playoffs every year and have won the World Series once, the Cardinals have been in the playoffs every year this decade except for '03 and have won one World Series and lost one.

Red Sox. they won 8 straight post season games and came back from 3-0 in the ALCS, something NO TEAM IN ANY SPORT TO DATE HAS DONE. verdict for the Red Sox in the amount of....well nothing. GO CARDINALS.

I would say the Yankees. They won a back to back World Series title, and they got so many talented players in their lineup(Giambi, Jeter, A-rod). Their pitching has so much talent with Wang and Proctor, added by seasoned pitcher such as Mussina and Johnson. They are a great team, the best of this decade IMO.

The Angels.. Just cause we're the only team that beats the Yankees everytime! We also have a winning record against them Joe Torre era.The other teams just had good years when they won. The Cardinals are alright for a National league team...

Well one would have to look at the overall records and see who has been the winningest. It may be one of those 7
