Didn't show much defense. Doesn't say much about the conference either.

West Virginia has had a decent program for many years and have had ranked teams though out their history but I've never considered them as an elite program. The fact that they were unbeaten up till last night didn't really impress me. Their pass defense went south although I'm not sure they had one to begin with. Louisville was a better team going into last nights game and why they were ranked lower then WV us beyond me. The conference is okay but there won't be any national championship coming out of it this year. Not by a long shot.

The Big East is overrated. Did either one of those teams last night have a Defensive Coordinator?

No I dont think that they were overrated I think that they just had a bad night just like any other team can have including ohio i think they will finish up the season strong and still get a good bowl bid.

tough game on the road against a top opponant. They were outplayed but might have won if it wasn't for the turnovers.

not overrated just beat.

had they lost 44 - 12 or so then I would say overrated.

Neither team deserves any credit..From what I saw it was pretty sloppy football through the whole game...Neither team played defense..Special teams were poor..These teams should not and will not contend for a national title undefeated or not..For them to play someone from the SEC or the Big Ten would just be completely embarassing for the team out of the big east..

It was an excellent football game between two excellent college teams. Give both teams some credit - my goodness.

No, they just ran into a better team last night in Louisville. It was a good game, but WV could not stop the passing attack.
