Multivitamins are good, but the +iron I would confide in my doctor. Many people get enough iron in there daily diet without supplementing iron...iron is usually taken when your anemic.

Well this depends if your anemic. If your anemic then you should be taking both. Take the multivitamin like you regularly do like morning time. With the iron tablet you should take a knife and scrape off the top part of it, just a little bit. Then take the iron tablet with orange juice. Scraping it off with allow it break down faster in your system as does the orange juice. It will let it work faster.

If you're a normal American woman your diet is lacking in something. A multivitamin, taken as directed, is not a bad idea. However the ideal is to eat a healthy diet. It is the best to take vitamins in the morning. Some minerals can interfere with sleep cycles.

I take a mulivitiam and an iron supplement each day. I have an iron deficany so I was prescribed iron tablets. I would talk to your doctor first. Have them give you a blood test to check your iron levels. If they are low then he/she will tell you to take iron supplements. If you levels are fine then you wont need to take them
