That's a pretty hard question to answer because music wouldn't be what it is today without Led Zeppelin.

Led Zeppelin rocks, personally I don't think they would be as popular because of all the other types of music out there. They will always be popular to me. I love Led Zeppelin, by the way love the avatar.

To be completely honest (and i realize i may get flamed for this, lol) i am not a fan of Led Zeppelin.
I've never acquired an ear for the music, it just... doesn't appeal to me.
But i don't think they'd be as popular right now. People have different tastes and they fit right in at the time they came out. Now people are more interested in different types of that genre.
But they defenitely set the pace for future artists, like Audioslave for instance.

I can't imagine the world with out Stair Way To Heaven while I was growing up! Very good memories! I'd like to keep them back in the day! But I would listen to them today!

Unfortunately, I don't think so. Their heyday was
in the sixties and seventies, when individualized rock music was being born. Now, people seem to be more into Pop and Country, as well as Hip-Hop. This is not to say, though, that they would start a new revolution...lol

no, because rock radio is dead in america, mtv doesnt play videos, and the music industry for the most part want groups they can completely controll. i think in this day and age Led Zepplin wouldnt even get a record contract with a major label.

I doubt it - these days all anyone cares about is gangsta rappers who scream their songs and don't even know how to speak proper english, let alone spell it.

They would be for me...back in the day their music was my genre & to this day no one compares..rock on....
