This store clerk thought that I was asking for a cigarette when I was really asking for a sandwich. I thought to myself, isn't that illegal? I am only 14 lol

yes, it is illegal, and if he/she has gone through TABC like they are supposed to, he/she knew it was illegal (been in that line of business for years and years)

Dont do anything. There's no point in being a rat, just simply tell them it wasnt what you were looking for and tell him your age. It will make them think twice.
