By people do you mean the caretakers/vets/staff?

The animals should come first, a zoos main mission should be conservation and taking care of the animals properly.

I vote for animals. Why? The definition of a zoo requires animals. No animals=no zoo. No people=poor zoo, but still a zoo.

You need both...animals so that it is a zoo, and people to take care of them as well as guests that pay to get in so that the zoo gets some income to run everything.

Ofcourse the ANIMALS. It's for them the zoo is made,for their protection.

Both because animals help with the whole theme, and people because there taking care helping and nursing all of them wich makes it all possible. think just animals they'd die. just people why would people come?

animals. Caz its a kind of conservation of wild families. and gather their fund, they allow common people to visite there.
