stretching doesnt help u jump higher, it losens u up before a game so u wont pull anything and that way ull be able to jump higher right at the beginning of the game or practice...if u work out ur calves alot and ur thighs also u will jump higher quicker. I could only dunk a tennis ball at the beginning of the school year and now i can dunk a volleyball (im only 5'9). working out my calves has helped the most

Streches can support it doesn't matter what anyone would say, should you strecth plenty everyday this is a indisputable fact that your flexibility will upgrade and as a rule your vertical will upgrade with it. Do the toe contact, the quad(flamingo), the hamstring(lay down and pull your leg up at the same time maintaining your leg instantly), the groin(butterfly), and the calf stretch(push up role, one foot stretching different legs calf). I've additionally heard that should you do a hip flexor stretch it'll briefly upgrade leap. I do not know if it might final regardless that. Some individuals say that doing static stretches like those is not going to support your vertical, however that's just for like correct after the strecth. They create flexibility and versatility raises leap. That's my concept besides. I continually suppose like I can leap better after I do those so I desire you're going to to.

By stretching your muscles you lengthen them. This helps them grow, and you will then jump higher. Get on a good weight lifting program that includes alot of squats and calf exercises.
