some department stores... payless shoes... i got some midcalf boots for $30 at a department store. it was pretty much awesome

pretty much any department store in the mall. 100 dollars is a lot to work with even for a pair of boots unless you are talking like Versace or something. Also nondepartment store stores in the mall are probably good like NY and company, I don't know if Express sells shoes but they have cheap camis that I think are sexy. Sorry I don't know a whole lot, I am a guy.

DSW!!! that is the place to go. ill tell you why... they have like a million(not too much exaggeration) shoes. and more that half are designers. about 1/6 of women's shoes are boots. they are amazing. you pretty much get it for the manufacture price, not the consumer price. it is like getting this for free. you get wayyy more than what you pay for. everything there is amazing.

mudd boots are really cheap, but they're the most comphortable boots i've ever worn. i've bought tons of their boots, and they always last a long time. i had one pair that i wore practically every day for two years, then they finally wore down. TWO YEARS!!! mudd boots rock. you can find them online or at khols.

hmm leather or not? i think anyplace like a shoe warehouse or maybe even marshall's or enzo angiolini,via spiga,kenneth cole may have sales so check for them

I got mine from Macy's for like $60. You can also try JCpenny's or DSW.
