Absolutely, he is clearly still using some type of drugs - illegal or not, have you ever really listened to him talk and watch his face? And there are two reasons he was elected presidents, one, because his daddy and brother (Gov of FL) helped him with all their money and political influence and the second reason being that the American public is FAR more interested in discussing, watching and worrying about American Idol and Dancing with the Stars than they are issues and things that are effecting our everyday lives and our futures dramatically!!

He has admitted to substance issues in his youth.(youthful indiscretions), and he was elected because Bill Clinton 'didn't inhale.'

Had Bill not made that distinction during his run, W would not have been able to down play his chemical experimentation as the aforementioned 'Youthful Indiscretion'. in addition, had Clinton not been a draft dodger, W's Nat'l Guard issues would have been a bigger problem as well.

So the fact is that Clinton is the reason Bush 43 is President.

previous use of unlawful drugs does no longer mean you would be unable to be president. If human beings vote for you, you will properly be a bypass-dressing alcoholic communist, and nonetheless be elected. touching directly to draft-dodging, i think of rationalization is so as. starting to be a member of the Air national shield, being given a cost as an officer interior the U. S. militia, and getting to grasp the thank you to fly an F4 fighter jet isn't the comparable as draft dodging. in basic terms a moron could get them at a loss for words. Draft dodgers prevented ALL provider interior the militia. era.
