Ask yourself if you can live with that person, can you ever trust them again? Can you forgive them? Otherwise you will live a life of always wondering, and checking in on that person. Make sure you are not just avoiding the obvious- to dodge the pain now. It may hurt to let go now, but later you will be grateful, when you meet the right person who wouldn't cheat on you.

You work on the relationship step by step and work on the anger pain and jealousy, starting minute by minute and eventually it progresses to day by day then month by month then you rarely think of it. It can happen if you are willing to put all the work into it because that is what it will take.

Yes, It does take time..All the emotions do get better with time.Its very hard at first, But it does get better!!!Honest i have been there! My marriage is better than it ever was! Good Luck

i've read alot of postings that reveal they have reconciled but I'm with you how do they do it, because I sure couldn't no matter what I tried, and am ealing with one viscous woman, i wonder how long it takes till they simmer down
