Is there really a difference between the tobacco in regular cigarettes and the "natural" tobacco they sell? Is it the amount of chemiclas or just different chemicals? Difference in the nicotine levels?

Yes, there is a difference. One gives you natural cancer and the other one gives you just plain old cancer.

Well, for starters, they're both bad for you. (As if we don't already know this). There are more "additives" in regular cigarettes, but really, if you're already smoking, you might as well smoke whichever cigarettes you want to smoke. There isn't like one has vitamins in it and the other doesn't.
It would be like drinking your rum with orange juice that's NOT from concentrate because you think it's better for you. There's still rum in it.
It's really just a matter of preference.
Either way, you're putting crap in your body. It's delicious crap though....

does it really matter? either way it isn't good for you, havent you heard the commercials that say there are no safe ciggerettes? Like it will really matter when you die from lung cancer?
