How about The Crafty Crafters or
The Ream Team

I wasn't sure if you meant a collective noun like:

coven
cluster
clowder
crowd
collective
collage
corncopia
covey
parcel
possee
pod
party
pack

(of which, collage sounds quite appropriate for papercrafts & possibly parcel, whereas coven made me snigger - sorry)

There's loads on this site:

Or if you were looking for a name to call your group of papercrafters?

In which case, the earlier suggestion of The Ream Team was really good.
