I've heard the saying "Everything is bigger in Texas" but they definitely weren't talking brains..Texas would have been beat by the Buckeye's last year if Troy Smith wouldn't have had to share time with Justin Zwick..That was Troy's first game back from suspension..Plus Colt Mccoy is a complete sissy.. But you know the other saying about Texas I believe it has something to do with Steer's and Queer's..

Matt E...You must be from Texas..From what I see Texas is still 7 as of now..And when the new BCS comes out you actually think they are going to jump Auburn and Florida..Plus there is no way Louisville is losing to Rutgers..

Every one loss team thinks they still have a shot, with the SOS that Texas has though the only way they get in is if they actually make it to #1 in the polls.

They must not have watched the first game. If Texas is somehow selected out of the 1 loss teams they are not beating Ohio State or Michigan.

Texas was something very special with Vince Young but that dude is in the NFL now. This year Texas is just a good team in a league that is down. I would favor Florida, Tenn, Louisville, Cal, USC and LSU over Texas.

seriously....what the hell is a buckeye?? do you not even watch football? how can you call colt mccoy a sissy? how many times has he stood in the pocket and taken a hit and completed passes. troy smith has NO TALENT. the only reason he is playing any good is because of the talent around him. he will more than likely win the heisman this year yes.....but he'll pull a danny weurffel in the nfl. and to ALL buckeye fans, youre giving ohio state a bad name just like miami and all of the other no class schools. you should represent your team with a little class and dignity. as for the excuses.....get over it. we're not making excuses for yall coming to the 40 acres and beating us. see you in the desert!
TEXAS FIGHT!

Why do people from Ohio already think they have it won? And if you can't talk football I think you need to shut the f*** up about everything else. It shows more about your IQ then anyone in Texas. If it comes down to Ohio St and a bunch of 1 loss teams who should it be? Texas and Michigan will be the only two 1 loss teams that will have lost to Ohio St. Seems logical to me. But what do I know, I'm from Texas?

Nice excuse for last year, you lost, deal with it. Sounds to me, by looking at your 3rd grade arguments above, that you might just be a little worried about playing Texas again. I don't blame you.

Because they do. They are ranked fourth in the BCS and when Louisville loses next week to Rutgers and Ohio State loses to Michigan, Texas will play UM in the national championship game. This of course means they have no chance because Michigan will beat OSU who beat Texas ans Michigan will smoke Texas in the title game.

Yes I think they will win!!! Hookem Horns!!!

I agree with Honor on this one. Y'all hate Texas because they are better. That's OK by me. It is only human nature to dislike those that are better than you. By the way, the last time I checked Texas was ranked #4.

As for the whole saying about Steers and Queers.............I have a horn.......Texas Longhorn if you know what I mean!!! :)

in the history of the BCS, we've seen some pretty wild things in college football.

i'm not a michigan fan, but i really think michigan will pull the stunner and beat ohio state to make it to the championship game.

depending on how bad they beat them, we could very will see another michigan/ohio state matchup (especially if louisville loses to rutgers).

depending on their FINAL records, there may be a whole slew of one-loss teams that may deserve to play for the championship including...usc, notre dame, tennessee, florida, arkansas, auburn, cal and you guessed it....texas!

just an analysis...

oh, and you're right about texas. their biggest fan is matthew mcconauGAY for christ sake!

They have the "Dubya" syndrome in which people from Texas, no matter had bad a situation is or how long of a longshot it is, they still believe.....Think Iraqi war and you'll understand.....
