I think the better way to live life is with a positive approach, but sometimes I think that if you are fully aware of everything that happens in this world you have no choice but to be a pessimist.

i'm the eternal Optimist! there is often something good on the way, and at last, it gets right here, by potential of His grace! This grew to become into an exceedingly good occasion of pessimist vs. optimist. So actual to existence.

I think that I am a little bit of both depending on the situation that is happening in my life at the time. You are correct in stating that things happening in the world can make some of us pessimistic. Just be a leader and help others when it comes to the crunch and you will be happy. When I think of the Lord's return, it makes me happy. Thank you for your question.

I'm a pessimist when it comes to the wider world, but an optimist in my personal life.

Make sense?

There are pros and cons to both outlooks in life.

For example, to be an extreme optimist you'd jump into everything without first examining possible outcomes or consequences, expecting everything to just fall into place and be great! Whereas, if you add a little pessimism into the mix, acknowledging that there may be some negative consequences to certain actions causing you to proceed with a measure of caution, you're likely to avoid some hazards while not compromising fun or new experiences.

So, balance is key.

100% pessimistic and I hate it.
I appreciate all the optimists out there. The world needs some optimistic people.

I am an optimist. Even when I have the darkest of days, I am the eternal optimist. I think that for every bad thing that happens good will follow to even out the bad days.

Bad things don't last forever and my faith sustains my optimism.
Think of Eric Idle's song, 'ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE.' It is a catchy tune and I hear it in my head on some days when life is dishing me out pits and not cherrys.

If you mean by "fully aware of this world" that you watch the news and here what they say, then yes you are correct, but I think you need to stop looking at what the news says. They only report bad things. So, every country or person they don't report, has something good going on.

haha, take that anyway you want
