It all depends,,,,,the minimum salary is over $300,000.00 per year.
A #1 draft pick will sign for millions.

This depends on a few things. What spot in the draft they are picked in, who the agent is, what team they are drafted by, and how willing they are to sign and get to work. If they are a higher pick they will make more money than the lower picks, the better known agents try to get more money for their clients, certain teams are more willing to pay higher prices, and the last thing is if they player is more willing to just take whatever they are offered or bargain for more money. I know the leauge has a minimum salary but I can't remember what it is.

All these people are wrong! Minor league players get payed close to nothing, they have to work a separate job just to stay off the streets. The only way they could get money is if they get drafted high(1-5 out of 50)and get a signing bonus.

Usually they get it in the form of a signing bonus
the salary for minor leaguers are quite low.
An example oh a high draft pick is Drew Henson, not really certain but 19 mill for 7 years in minors I think.

338,000 is the minimum MAJOR league salary.

High draft picks get a good signing bonus, and a small salary to make sure they put effort into baseball, not outside adventures.

You draft a lot of players, you do not pay them all a decent income, beacuse its not worth it.

It depends on where (round and 1-32 PLAYER IN THE ROUND), which Team drafted them, their field position, their experience, and a lot of variables.
