Make sure whatever video player on your pc is updated to the latest version. Usually you can click on Help and look through the list to find the answer or google it.

Just a quick question:
Are you using multiple monitors? This includes hooking up a monitor to a laptop . Video files will only output to the primary monitor meaning picture won't show but audio will play. If this does apply to you, then try moving the browser window to the other monitor. Let me know if this is so and i will describe how you can switch which is the primary monitor.

You may have an expired graphics card that needs updating. Consult you manufacture or look at the help on my space to see what hardware they recommend.

Then open the systems info file under the Accessories menu if you're using Windows to find out what hardware is on computer. Update at your own cost if you don't have warranty or buy a new computer if you don't someone to do it for free. I can cost.

ok this is not related to your space may be other people can view it
the reason of this thats the required codecs is not installed @ your pc
try to run the video in a player such as windows media player and you will know the required codces plugins and the link to download them
dont hesitate to ask me for more details

you need to install some kind of plug -in that should executed automatically >
try to disable your POP-up killer and accept activeX routine .
you can download it manually from the my space home page or from "Shockwave" site
