He has til the end of the year. The team just does not respond to him. I don't know if they will respond to anyone, but in the NFL of today, head coaches just don't have long. Arizona should get an O Line before they fire any coaches though.

The Cardinals front office has already said that he will be around for at least the rest of this season. But I'd be nothing short of flabbergasted if they don't fire him this offseason.
