they have announced development in progress
main part was current controls are not compatible with larger screen - they are thinking of using a touch sensitive (virtual)version of the current controls

I m sure they are working on one with a larger capacity and screen. This is a rapidly moving technology and Apple wants to keep it's lead with the iTunes store. They will sell more videos if there is a better machine to use.

I would not expect to see that new machine before Christmas.

They should. There's videos on cellphones, laptops, and even gameboys!
