Most people will strike the light switch cover when they turn on or off the light....especially when they do it in a hurry. This causes the cover to move slightly and over time the screws will come loose.

not actually. i have been insane fortunate all my existence. Walked by a pool of burning gas without getting singed to save a buddy. performed with guns, rockets and explosives and not using a clue what i became doing. discovered to fly and draw close glide even although i'm terrified of heights. Been by such diverse fires and explosions that i have lost count number. not in any respect damaged a bone and not in any respect said the interior of a clinical institution till eventually I had to have my gall bladder taken out. For awhile there i became wondering i became indestructible. suitable needs.

The light swich behind the cover is improperly adjusted, you can repair this yourself if your careful not to touch the side of the switch.

maybe it did'nt fit in the first place. You might need a molly screw, You have to put a little peg in first and then the screw will fit tight.

could be a ghost, i heard they mess with electrical things
If it bothers you, you could put tiny lock washer on with the screw
that should slow down a ghost any way
