I know it may sound dumb, but moving helps. I found that if I went for a walk or a swim or a bike ride I felt alot better. Don't do anything that causes them to bounce. But the exercise will release endorphins, so your whole body will feel better. Also, try do some stretches, like yoga, that can reduce tension and stress.

Try taking a hot bath and soaking and relaxing, this may help and make sure you wear a bra that fits you correctly a bra that is to tight or gives little or no support maybe the cause of them hurting.

Try nice warm showers and lotion massage and then a tight sports bra. Try it a couple of times a day. If you can't shower use a heating pad. Plus Ibuprofen. All this helped me.

Rub some Deep Heat pain relief gel on them... its soothing and smells lovely!

take vitamin E capsules! Also, my dr. told me to take Primrose vitamins/supplements to help with that.

lay in a bed with a heating blanket!
it doesnt hurt anymore, and its confortable! =]
