i would. you will probably have a better back and sit up straighter. and also later in life it will be beneficial instead of going through back surgery (which can leave u paralyzed if done improperly)

I can't profess to know how much pain the surgery would cause, but you should consider the amount of back pain that could ensue if you don't get a reduction. A 34E chest is certainly very large for a woman of your stature and could cause severe problems for you down the road.
I would urge you to talk to a doctor about the risks and recovery time associated with the reduction and also about the medical problems you may develop over time without it.

Yes its worth the pain. I went from an F to a C.
Before the surgery I had numerous health problems. And my bones had started to shift forward. Eventually i would have had a hunched back.
How painful it will be varies from person to person. Mine was very painful and took a long time to heal. But I know of others who were hardly in any pain. But don't worry about the pain, we forget pain anyway.

I would think so because that can be a hassel and breast reduction could bring you down to at least a C and it will take some of the weight off and make it easier to handle

Yes, I would. Especially being as petite as you are I bet you have the worst back pain. If you do have it done there will be pain obviously, but it will be worth it in the long run.

I did it in 2001 - went from a 34DD to a 34C.
Best thing I ever did - just for me.
It is an outpatient surgery, and really, not too much pain.
I only took pain pills the day of the surgery and the next day.
Was back at work in one week.
Get recommendation for a great plastic surgeon and do it.

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Personally I dont think you should. Im 5'5 with 32 D chest and I find it a pain too. But I'm sure you'll get used to them if you havent already. You should never change anything about your body if its because other people start nit picking about it. But if it's what you want then go for it :)

try getting a personal trainer and tell them all you want to do is lose weight off your chest. work at it for a few months, and if you aren't down at least a cup size in that time, then you need to start looking for a surgeon.

If it's causing you pain and problems now, it will only get worse.
I have several friends who had it done, and they are much happier now. They can stand up straight, their clothes fit better, they have no more pain.
