Sam, hi!
no matter anyone thinks, no question is a bad question, as long as you're sincere.
to answer you're question, please don't believe all the nonsense about masturbation affecting your health, etc. it can't, and it won't.
you can safely masturbate 3 or 4 times a day, and the only thing you need to be worried about is chafing of the skin on your penis, or exhaustion!
semen is generated as per the demand required... and when the body requires more, more is produced.
the only way that masturbation can affect you, is mentally.
Sam, remember one thumb rule of life: too much of anything is bad!
just cause apples are good for health, can you survive by eating only apples? no! you still need a balanced diet. similarly, don't give masturbation too much importance. it's normal for you to explore and enjoy yourself, but if you feel it's getting out of hand, put some strict limits for yourself...
masturbation is not wrong. and it's not unhealthy, no matter what anyone says. there is no scientific proof, except for old-wives tales, and the stories made up by religious leaders.
hope this helped... and don't hurt your hand!
enjoy!

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation (usually more than 4 times in one week for most) stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.
Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.
The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone
If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse.

Yes it is true; it is actually considered healthy to masturbate... However I was recently told that the database my hubby and I use to answer these questions is copyrighted so I can't post the answer, except this little excerpt here:
Connection between ejaculation frequency and prostate health
http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/4961.html
QUESTION:
have been coming across articles on the connection between masturbation, ejaculation, and overall health. I was very surprised about this article from the Cancer Council Victoria in Australia . It was a study that confirmed that ejaculation frequency is important for a healthy prostate. The protective effect was most significant in men in their twenties who ejaculated on average 7 or more times per week. It compared this against same-age men who ejaculated less than 3 times per week. I made a New Year's resolution to pay attention to my body and to *** at least once a day. I feel much better for it and my penis strength and sexual urge has increased immensely. I feel balanced. After a year, I can't imagine going back to my old repressed frequency and probably couldn?t keep from cumming for a whole day if I tried now. Why aren?t people made aware of this need? After getting used to daily +, I often have the urge to do it even more, but hold back. Are there any physical problems with over ejaculating?
ANSWER:
What a fabulous New Year’s resolution to pay attention to your body! Your efforts are worth applauding, as being in tune with yourself and your new masturbation schedule seems to have paid off, as you note that you feel “balanced” and “much better for it.” Happily, no physical problems are associated with over-ejaculating, so don’t worry about giving in to the natural urge to enjoy and pleasure yourself more often. You clearly have a strong awareness of the positive effects of masturbation on your body, so go ahead and experiment with masturbation frequency – in this way, you can determine what frequency feels best for you and your regular routine.
You also ask why people aren’t made aware of the “need” to masturbate often. Good question – especially in light of the study’s findings that frequent ejaculation helps reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Unfortunately, self-stimulation – as with most sexual acts – is often viewed as shameful, dirty, immoral, and all sorts of other negative adjectives. Wouldn’t it be great if masturbation could be seen as the healthy, enjoyable, and beneficial activity it really is, openly talked about and (gasp!) endorsed? Perhaps one day it will be – with more people like you who are open-minded and bold enough to talk about it in a positive light.
Enjoy – and pass that article along to friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and anybody and everybody else!

LOL of course its ok. i cant tell if ur a gurl or a guy sam. but its ok. but its very healthy for both sexes. it helps you explore ur sexual preferences so u can teach ur partner how to do it. if masturbation brings orgasm, congratulations. orgasm makes u feel good. it releases those feel good endophrins, just like when ur laughing. it helps you fall asleep, too. so its normal to do it everyday or every hour or something. as long as it doesnt interfere with your school life or social life and stuff. hope this helps

Daily masturbation is not harmful. It can in fact be somewhat healthy for a man as it helps keep the prostate gland healthier.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?H5iR
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

It's fine. It won't affect your height or bones or anything like that at the growing stage.
