Not really excpet for Mexican. The hottest thing I've ever eaten is this icecream that they serve at a roadside stand like 30 min. from my house, the icecream had different kinds of peppers and hot sauce in it, and I had to sign a waiver to try it, it was awful, I could feel it burning all the way down my throat and it was still burning when it got to my stomach. I only tried like a spoonful, and will never try it again.

I love Indian food since my hubby is from there. The hottest thing I've eaten was some type of fish. The sauce was bright red, so you could only image. Evidently that was nothing for my husband. I've seen him eat chilli peppers with tears running down his face, and he still eats them!

I'm Asian so yeah.....I eat spicy food everyday. The hottest food I've eaten is those little chillies (yup chillies) that Asians usually eat with appetizers.

I loooooooove spicy foods! I can't recall the "hottest" food I have eaten, but I love stuffed jalapenos, spicy gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp creole, hot picante sauce, flaming cheetos, jalapeno kalaches, jalapeno nachos, I could go on and on. . . . .

My only complaint is when the spiciness overwhelms the food itself. I've had meals that might as well have been lawn clippings and cardboard for all I could taste, thanks to too much spice.
I want to taste the food!
