Because all along, the entire idea behind the so-called "war on terror", was to usurp our government from US and remove AMERICAN CITIZEN'S rights and protections, so that the founders of PNAC currently occupying the top seats in our government could use America's economic and military might to create an American global hegemony, whether we like it or not. As taxpayers, we will be FORCED to finance their global agenda. The Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act of 2006 all but eliminated our rights and protections from our own government, even seriously threatening our right to free speech. It is entirely and now legally feasable for ANY AMERICAN CITIZEN to be arrested for speaking against Bush, be labeled an "enemy combatant", be held in military custody indefinitely, denied access to a lawyer or our judicial system, and be tortured.

Do a search for "NAFTA SUPERHIGHWAY" and look at what system of highways Bush has been building, quietly behind our backs, which will have Mexican truckers all over our roads starting next year. The whole border thing has been nothing but political DEFLECTION.
