That is a really tough call!! I LOVE chinese (american) food- and italian is best when it is my grandmas cooking or from NY. Never really got into jamaican food though.

italian food is great byt chinese food has a lil bit better health benifits cause of the rice and fresh fish they use, but italian is good for the hart cause of the oil they use so i guess i would say they are both about even in my book for health reasons, take care and god bless
