If I believe in destiny, then no, I cannot change it.

I do not believe in destiny, however, so I can indeed change my life, even if it seems to be destined for whatever it is...

No Whats meant to be will be, since we don't know what our destiny is we can't say that we changed it, for example someone saying that if they step in front of a bus would change their life and destiny, then if this person actually did this, this is their destiny and this was what they were meant to do

I do not believe in destiny, because it is a depressing idea. But if it existed, then the whole idea of destiny would be that you cannot change it, otherwise it wouldn't be destiny anymore.

Most definitely you can change your destiny by accepting the Lord Jesus as your personal saviour. He then becomes your guide and power. My destiny was changed and is still changing from day to day by His working in me. Also, some people commit suicide and that sure is changing their destiny, isn't it? I hope that no one commits suicide because it is awful on the people that are left behind; also, that person will go to hell unless they have accepted Christ as their saviour. So, the answer is yes, you can change your destiny. Thank you for your question.

No. It's kinda hard to explain, but if your destiny is to become a homeless person and you work hard to change that and become a successful business owner, then your destiny was to change your destiny from being a homeless person to becoming a successful business owner. I hope that I didn't confuse anyone.

That's pretty much the question of your life. I've heard of all kind of theories that we control our own destinies. If that is true, why do so many of us get stuck in ruts and in positions that are much less than we think we are capable of? We get confident that we can control it and walk confidently only to have some sort of reality slap us back to where we have no control.

Destiny is whatever you make it. Since it is not written in advance, there is nothing to change.

Destiny is what you make it, plus a little bit of luck. It isn't preordained. It's always changing depending how hard you are trying and how well your luck is holding out.
