That is not quite what they reported, but it's the misinformation you want to propagate. In1991 Iraq had had a program and the US found documents pertaining to it. Republicans wanted these documents on the internet to prove Iraq once had a nuclear program. Over the objections of scientists they were published on the internet, but it turns out
"the documents, the experts say, constitute a basic guide to building an atom bomb. Last night, the government shut down the Web site after The New York Times asked about complaints from weapons experts and arms-control officials. A spokesman for John Negroponte, the director of national intelligence, said access to the site had been suspended “pending a review to ensure its content is appropriate for public viewing.”
Officials of the International Atomic Energy Agency, fearing that the information could help states like Iran develop nuclear arms, had privately protested last week to the American ambassador to the agency, according to European diplomats who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the issue’s sensitivity. One diplomat said the agency’s technical experts “were shocked” at the public disclosures."

If they did it must have been a pretty pitiful one since no WMDs of ANY KIND were found in Iraq. So are you saying the justification for invading a country would be - They are predominately Muslim and They have nuclear programs? If that is the case we better get busy with the invasion plans for India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, even Saudi Arabia, and I'm sure I;m missing a bunch of others.

Your average junior high kid knows how to build an atomic bomb. the problem is getting the supplies. Iraq tried to get them in the 80s to defend itself against Iran, after the first gulf war they didn't even attempt it.
And by the way they were a decade away from building one back then.
Now luckily N. Korea already has a usable atomic weapon and Iran is trying to build one. Good thing we're in Iraq.

Note that it refers to programs pre-1991.
From the CIA website:
ISG (Iraq Survey Group) has uncovered no indication that Iraq had resumed fissile material or nuclear weapon research and development activities since 1991.
Huge amount of info here:

Absolutely BUSH is a lair. Why don't you go back to sleep and dream up another excuse.

Oh they will call him a liar. Then they will ask why we should be the only country with nuclear capability. They just don't get it. If Islamic-extremists have access to nuclear arms they will use it against the U.S.

I think we're way past the 'war was justified' stage. I'm more concerned about the fact that we've lost thousands of troops and those sheep-f'ers in Iraq can't get their shite together to make a halfway useful militia.
