I don't know who Captain Hero is. Having said that, I would consider Captain America most likely to overcome Captain Hero if they were in a fight because of his battle experience, his strength and his quick wits. If Captain Hero has superpowers then perhaps it would be wiser to pick him to beat Captain America?

I used to like Captain Hero when he first appeared because he was a spoof of Superman.
But now he's just an idiot.
My vote would have to go to Cap. America.
