Tide with bleach should take that out... Really try it. Don't forget to put on lotion afterwards so that you don't have dry hands.
Good luck!

Spray the skin with INK on it, with hairspray.
Then wipe off the hairspray.
The Pen's INK should come off with the hairspray.
Hairspray will work for other types of ink as well.
Wash hands / skin with soap after....just to remove the hairspray.
This really works.......and really well !

believe it or not, plain old hand cream. Works on latex paint, glue, etc. So much better than scrubbing your skin raw, and great for your nails! Just apply to hands and act as if it were soap. Rub, rub, rub, then wipe off the excess.

hmm interesting problem, the real problem is why do you have cheap pens?? I hope it wasn't a fountain pen!
Well try washing again , try to rub it with a leaf from some plant (it works) with water , if not you will have to wait until you get home
