I used LPG for several years in 2 different trucks. The only complaint I had was the mileage. It was about 2 mpg less than gasoline. Less maintenance because it is a gas already. Combustion chambers and oil stayed cleaner longer. Modern systems will duplicate the power of gasoline, and they may even match the mileage.

Since everyone is going to alternate fuels, prices have gone up considerably. It is like everything else, you mist consider the long run rather than a it being just a fad thing to do.

lpg runs colder but you can get hotter plugs other than if the regulator go bad not much dif.
