IS COLOR BLINDNESS MORE DOMINANT IN A CERTAIN RACE? If so, which one?

It is more dominant in a certain race. I cannot remember which one. I will research and get back if I can find the answer.

white males are more at risk of color blindness to some degree.
all males can generally see only about 16 colors.

More Dominent in men. Mexicans are known to have it more, my cousins are all part color blind and they are Mexican.

Roughly 10% of all men are colorblind. Its sex based, not race based
