I have a sync list. An empty MP3 player with 1GB memory. I can get the titles to download with details showing on the MP3 screen. When I try to play the music there is only silence. The MP3 player is an
"IITRONICS Portable WMA/MP3 Player IMP-65"
at the moment my temper is fraying so I need an idiots guide please.Thanks in advance, David.

use the installation disc from your mp3......generally you don't need it just go to 'sync' on the media player menu and transfer your tunes across

Hi David.

As your model supports wma..you should just be able to connect it and play.
It sounds like you're having a problem with moving files and playlists to your wma/,p3 player.
When you load Winows Media Player, have you tried using the 'copy to device or cd' tab. This should load a screen that is effectively split into two halves..on one side is media/music that Media Player has played, and on the other side should be a blank panel.
On top of either panel there will be a menu to select from. On the left it should say 'Item to copy' and on the right 'item on device'.

Try selecting a file on the left (making sure it is ticked) and then make sure that your mp3 player is selected as the target device.

In the top right hand corner there is a tiny red button marked with copy. Press this...and hopefully it will work.
