Why don't many blk women date whte men?

As a young blk woman i wanted to know why aren't there alot of blk women willing to date whte men?

Black women have high self esteem as a general rule. Black women are and have historically been the "head of the household" in place of black men who are 100 times more likely than white men to be absent from the family. Likewise, that is why black men love blond fat white women as those women have extremely low self esteem in general and will support and stick by a black man no matter what. White women are taught that black men are bad. So if a white woman feels she is bad (low self esteem) then she feels a black man is all she deserves. Well I don't know. Maby it's the fact that some men love for women to depend upon them for things. Most and African American women are now going independent. Not meaning they don't want a man; they want to have some security - if you will - for themselves. Sometimes males feel that they are not playing an important role in a relationship or being the dominate one, it sort of turns them away from the relationship. A white women may be the "weak" woman that will surrender and satisfy their dominate characteristics.

I think that the fear of what others will have to say stops black women from dating outside of their race. I dated a white man for several months and the criticism that I received was harsh to say the least. I could not allow myself to pass by an oppurtunity to get to know someone based on the color of his skin. I chose to look past his color and although we did not work as a couple we are still friends.

white men or white men not wanting to date blk women..

I was married to a wht man for 11 years we have a son. We are divlrced not because of race though. I love dating white men H ell I love men PERIOD! I date black ones too but aI go out with alot of white ones too. Most of the time they are surprised by my attitude and confidence I gues I =m a challenge and men love that !

well actually maybe these are just the black women that you know, I know for a fact that there is a lot of interracial dating going on out there, I have dated several black women myself, and maybe in the end it is because they are are worried about what people will think about them if they are dating a white guy? who knows? in the end don't worry about what other people are doing, do what makes you happy

im a white male and ive dated black women and one said she only went out with me casue she wanted to be with a white man and she wanted to see how going out with a white man was different to dating black men i listen to metal and took her to a cannibal corpse concert she said it was weird she didnt like the music but liked the experiance of going and she said to me that white men and black men are the same in the bed maybe you should date a white guy and broaden your horizons why pigeon hole your self to one kind of person
