hey, i don't know all of the answers, but here are a few:
1) tracey ulman show
2) ringo starr (or star, not sure of spelling :)
3) i'm pretty sure that maggie was the first one to wish on the monkey paw
4) dr nick got his operating gloves free with his toilet brush
not sure of the others, apart from "what does bart write on his butt in Bart vs. Australia?" - he wrote "don't tread on me"

they first showed the Simpson shorts on the Tracy ulman show, not sure about the other questions, apart from the monkey paw one - it was on TV this week, and i know for sure that it was Maggie who made the first wish - it was for a new dummy (pacifier) and i think it was ringo star that said the 'thanks for the picture, marge' - but i'm not 100% certain....
