i have an electric hob with ceramic top, and its gone really very black and all the burnt mark is there on it, i want to clean it and make it look new.itv will be a good tip for christmas cleaning..........

Is "hob" part of a "hob goblin"? Throw in a little more detail to get more answers. If it is similar to something like an iron or a toaster oven some one else's experience might be relevant too.
