As far as just pure athletic ability, either Tomlinson or Vick. Vick has the edge in pure speed, and he has a cannon throwing arm. Tomlinson is easily the most agile player in the league, and during the game against San Fran, I saw him jump over 6'7" Marcus McNeil on a goal line stand (McNeil was standing straight up!), he basically did an old style high jump close to 7 feet in the air. So it's gotta be one of those two.
Brady and Manning are both incredible football players, but your question was about the best "athlete", neither of those guys has the speed, agility, or jumping ability to be considered great all around athletes.

Mike Vick - especially now that appears he can actually throw to a WR. I like LT, too. Vick and LT are the only players in the NFL that can put their entire team on their back and win a ball game. Manning is elite and a better QB than Vick, but it's a mental and skill level type of elite born of training and preparation. Vick and LT are just born special. There are other monster athletes out there, but none of them that can single-handedly win the ball game other than Vick and LT. What separates Vick from LT is that I know Vick could line up at RB and do LT's job. I don't know that LT could get under center every snap.

Mike Vick, how can you say Manning and Brady are on top of that list. Your answering the wrong question. Your not asking who is the overall, or most intelligent althlete, of which Manning and Brady would be on top. LT does belong on top as does many defenders such as Urlacher and Lewis. Give it a year and Vernon Davis may be part of the answer also.

Best athlete is Mike Vick just because of all the crazy things he can do with his legs and his arm. Followed by, this kills me, Reggie Bush, followed by the Vernon Davis the tight end from San Fran. They are very obscure answers, but all of these guys are absolute freaks. Julius Peppers is up there and so is Antonio Gates.

LT - when you compare people in a sport with such different duties, you need to look at people who can do more than one thing, and LT does it all
and--> Vick being able to play RB? I think not. WR maybe, but not RB. Vick is fast and agile, but so are a bunch of guys. His running is dangerous because it comes from the QB position. As a RB his job would be to run, so people could just stack againsnt him (and he would most likely get injured quickly and badly).

I would say all around athlete would be either Marvin Harrison or Mike Vick. Both are in fantastic shape, can run, and don't get tired. I would say Harrison just because of his speed, endurance, resilience, and soft hands.
