There is a Broadway Plaza in Birmingham City Centre which is located just off Five Ways island on Ladywood Middleway (the former site of the old Children's hospital). There is a cinema there and restaurants.

Broadway is a road leading out of Walsall West Midlands towards Birmingham, have a look on your A-Z street atlas. It is certinly not new.
