When she's feeding the farm animals, and walking on fences at the farm and dreaming about another greener pasture, before the movie turns color, right at the beginning

It's right in the begining just be fore Dorthy goes to OZ. About 5 minuets into the movie.

in the beginning...she and toto got in trouble by the mean lady (witch), and she went home and was bothering all the farmhands and aunt and uncle.... after she falls in the pig pen, they all tell her to "go away" where she won't be in any trouble..... and dorothy goes, "never be in any trouble"...... and starts singing, "Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high, there's a place that i heard of once in a lullaby...."

Its in the beginning. After she runs away cuz that nasty witch wants to take toto but its before she meets the traveling fortune teller guy....I think she finds him right after shes finished that song! hope this helps!
