This 1944 wheat penney looks like it has a number 30 to the left of Lincolns head. Is it worth anything?

Thank You

Depending on condition it is certainly worth more than a modern penny. It will also have a letter stamped under the date. This letter will designate the city where the coin was minted. If you have a 1944 DS then it is worth some money if you have a D or an S it is worth a about ten cents to $1.50.

With coins the value is all about condition condition condition and whether the coin is circulated or uncirculated.

Go to a bookstore and go to the section that sells books that list the value of coins. Don't buy the book, unless you want to buy it. Look up the value of your 1944 wheat penny.
