Order of importance for democrats:
1. Their political life and livelihood
2. Their homosexual lover and same sex marriage.
3. Individual rights of terrorists.
4. Individual rights of illegal immigrants
5. Individual rights of all other criminals
6. Individual rights of Americans with overseas telephone
calling activity.
7. Impeachment of GW Bush.
8. Racial profiling
9. Political correctness
10. Opinions of foreign countries.
11. Bush raising the price of oil.
12. Bush doing something about the health care.
13.Bush wrecking the social security system.
14.Bush torturing prisoners.
15.Bush ruining the economy by outsourcing jobs.
16.Bush razing the earth.
17. Bush destroying the constitution.
18. Providing safety for ordinary Americans
19. I know i have omitted many issues that the democrats have real concerns about, but these are some worht pondering.

I think the better questions is does any politician really care about America? Or do they just care about themselves, campaign contributors, their next election and what other people think? I wish someone could just speak the truth and not get crucified for it. I guess Jesus couldn't even get away with that, looks like were doomed.

Yeah, I believe they do care about America. They just want us to be more like say... oh France. I wish their was one democrat who could really articulate a strategy for Iraq. Remember, they all voted to go in at the time, so given that fact, instead of just criticizing the current administration, come up with alternatives. Cut and Run not being one of them. Setting artificial deadlines for our troops leaving won't work either. Now that we are in Iraq, we have to finish the job. Come up with constructive ideas or shut up.

Does anybody really care about America? People are more concerned about their own personal lives and less about the country that gives them all they take for granted.

The only ones who care about themselves are the neo-con supporters who, through biggotry and false morality, seek to deny other's rights, and form an America that is only for them. They support an administration that has made it clear (through PNAC) that it seeks to create an American military/economic hegemony, and the current so-called "war on terror" is nothing more than the enactment of their publicly-posted plans. Neo-con supporters are quick to sacrifice our soldiers lives over a war initiated under a SERIES of false pretenses, and butcher our constitution (thus the rights of all Americans) out of misplaced fear of terrorism, all to protect their own butts, regardless of the minute chance terrorism will ever affect them personally.
They have let the President throw out our rights while wrongfully believing that terrorists threaten them. NO terrorist can ever affect your constitutionally granted rights that Bush himself has butchered.
Democrats care about ALL Americans, and somehow get a bad name for doing so. We do not want our soldier's lives exploited or thrown away over a war that is nothing but lies. The terrorist's main camps are currently in Pakistan, and Iraq had no Saddam-Osama connection, no WMD's, and no involvement in 9-11, yet these neo-cons somehow irrationally, and against all CIA/FBI reports insist on believing otherwise. Everyone's wrong but them, regardless that all the evidence says otherwise.
They're filled with irrational hate, fear, and judgement, coddling a self-righteous insistance of destruction of our constitution, our form of government, and anyone who they imagine gets in their way. Ironically, they claim love for America while they trash our laws, our rights, and their fellow citizens. George Bush has all but destroyed our rights, liberties, and protections...has changed our government into a form our forefathers very specifically warned us against...has intentionally divided this country...has ignored our laws, then changed them to absolve himself. If any Democrat had done ANY of these things, he would have been impeached. So I must come to the conclusion that neo-cons support Bush because they believe there's something in it just for them...self-interest at the country's expense.
Do Democrats care about America? YES. Enough to go to war with our other half, and rid this nation of the poison that is currently corrupting it.

They want to leave Iraq and all the terrorists so they can come back over here and bomb us some more. They want to increase taxes. They want to murder innocent babies with abortion and EMBRYONIC stem cell research.
