I have recently stopped taking the pill (about a month ago) and I have had unprotected sex with my fiancé. My LMP was on Sept 26, 2006 and I am pretty regular every 28 days to be exact. My breasts have been sore and I have been going to the bathroom more and I think that my areolas are a little darker. I know that there might be a chance I could be pregnant but I want/need the advice of other mothers to help me out. I have taken a few home tests and I have a doctor visit on Nov 10. I am very worried and if I am pregnant then yes I will be very happy about but right now I am just starting to get scared.

Sorry forgot to say that the test showed not pregnant but I still have not gotten my period for this past month. I am currently 9 days late.

I know the feeling.. i went through the same thing.. i was 7 weeks pregnant before I knew.. also i had unprotected sex to.. the same things happened to me..my breasts were real sore.. i felt sick all the time.. my sense of smell was soo strong! thats one of the keys.. i could smell things a mile away..no joke! the funny thing is i didnt think so either and my sister kept telling me i was..so to spite her i told her to buy a dollar store test and it came back postive right away! i know its alot to handel but you can do it ..many women have done it! i feel for you.. i had morning sickness till i was about 4 months and after that i had HORRILBE heart burn.. GOOD luck

Well, those are definately some signs of pregnancy! But, dont be scared. Trust me, we are all scared to death about every little thing that has to do with our pregnancys. But, if you take great care of yourself, everything will be fine. I have an 8 month old daughter, and im telling you that its the best! Other signs to look for, are morning sickness, and tiredness. A book that i couldnt live with out is called What to Expect When You're Expecting. I promise you that this book has all the answers. If it werent for that book, i would have called my doctor 4 times a day!

If you will be happy about the pregnancy and you have deliberatly stopped taking protection,then why are you scared.
The pill will keep your periods regular you didn't say how long you were on them, but you could very well be pregnant, another sign to look for especially for your first pregnancy is the feeling of being tired all the time, your body is working overtime to create a new life so better care of yourself is required. what did the tests say? if they were positive, you are pregnant for sure (even the doctors tell you that there's very little chance of a home test telling you that you're pregnant when you're not) but if they were negative, you should go to the doctor and get a second opinion. Don't be scared. You said yourself, you'd be happy if you were so what are you afraid of? Motherhood is a wonderful gift.

well you seem to have all the telltale signs of it, some home tests dependinig on what brand may not always be exact just try to relax and wait till your dr's app. i was on birth control when i got pregnant with my daughter oh yeah if u still think u might be drink more oj! talk to ur man and see how he feels about this whole thing... maybe he'll have some words of encouragement it is a nerve wracking time but its so much fun good luck & GB

same exact symptoms I had, yes you are pregnant congratulations and good luck don't be scared honey, don't worry be happy! My son is now 2 months old and he is more than I could have ever asked for. what a joy motherhood is. that was my biggest sign I was waiting for my period to come and my breasts felt sore and hard almost. best of luck to you!

You never said how your test came out. It seems as though you have symptoms of pregnancy but either take another test or wait for your dr's appt. That is the only way to know for sure.

You might be pregnant. Go to the doctor they'll be able to tell you. You should'nt be scared it could be the best time in your life.
