Probably not. Most doctors advise against pregnant women from flying at or after 36 weeks of gestation, because of the risk of early labor. Most airlines even RESTRICT women from flying during this last month of pregnancy.
I would definitely ask your doctor about this beforehand, and the airline you will [possibly] be traveling with. If it's only a short trip and your OB/GYN doesn't foresee you going into labor early and grants you the okay to go, he/she may still ask that you take your prenatal/medical chart with you just in case, or may ask that you have a doctor meet you at your destination spot for evaluation. To ensure you are in top shape and the return trip home is safe to make. Your airline company may also require a note from your doctor before allowing you to fly.

If you are 37 weeks, then you are considered full term. If I were you, I'd stay put. I doubt the doc will let you fly this late in your PG. If you went into labor, you'd be giving birth in a strange place with a strange caregiver. If anything went wrong, you could end up with a baby in a NICU far from home. I think your hubby will understand that the health and safety of mom and baby have to come first, no matter how badly you'd like to be with him right now.

Depends on your Dr. Some doctors will let you thier patients and some will not. Most of the time the airlines has a dr on board for emergencies. Good luck and congrats to your husband

Even with a doctor's note most airline will not allow a woman that far along to fly, just in case you go into labor. Is there someone else that can go in your place with him and videotape the ceremony for you?

The airline probably won't let you fly. They have rules & regulations regarding pregnant passengers. Even with a dr's okay, they may not allow you on. Check with the airline after you've received the dr's. permission. But don't count on flying.

Yes I was four weeks away from my due date and yes I asked the doctor and he said there shouldn't be a problem at all. It's the first trimester you need to watch for. The problem was getting the dang seat belt to close! Good luck and congrats.

No. Not advisable and doubtful the airlines would allow it either. Very unsafe for your baby and pregnancy and you. You dont need to go...no no no. Have a happy and safe pregnancy. Happy mothering!! :) Peace.
