Big fan of almost all episodes. Some that come to mind are:

So many, but I would have to go with
1) the first Starvin Marvin
2) the one where the old people take over the town (because they get up too early for anyone to stop them)
3) and when all the students are put on Ritalin.

i think the best i've seen for south park is the movie ... oh my god its hellarious... if you havent seen it please download it .. called "southpark the movie" i watched this movie maybe 4 times till now and somehow it is always funny!
