My friend and I were really close, like sisters, we shared our confidences and problems, but last year, when I got pregnant, she started treating me like her enemy. We work together, and it was really upsetting for me, as she wouldn't talk to me, and everybody noticed. She make life difficult for me and I don't know why. I'm returning to work next January, and she now wants to be friends again, but she's acted badly towards me before also, but I don't want problems at work. What's best? When she's nice, she's really nice, but then she can get so weird, and I don't think I can trust her.

It sounds to me like your friend may have been a little jealous that you were pregnant. I am sorry that your "friend" was not there for you when you needed her the most. When a woman is expecting she really needs the support of her loved ones and this person obviously does not love you. I would be polite for the sake of the job, but as for on a personal level-I don't think so.

Look that girl shes a backstaber , all you got do is forgive her (but not completely). Since shes hurt you several times you have to keep a distance from her and dont ever and i meen it give her your confidence agian. Poeple like that dont deserve to be your friend. And move on get new friends , and i have a feeling that she is using you but before and when you forgive her after a few weeks if she keeps doing this to you and is the same person since youve had a distance from her you should have a talk it always helps n_n. I just remembered have you had the baby with someone she never got along with, or is she in drugs, is she bad at work, has she had a dark past, is she having problems that are out her hands... if sow than shes taking her rage out on you.
But the main point is forgive her ( but keep distance) . And move on meet new people enjoy your life with your coming kid and huspand (if he istill with you). HOPED IT HELP !

Well no one can make that choice but you. Looking at the whole thing from my point of view you have a toxic friend. I know how hard it is to have one of those. Someone who is you close friend but can quickly be your worst enemy. It's hard when you have to deal with the whole we are friends and I trust you as well as the you hurt me several times. But like I said it's up to you but you have to realize that you can't have someone who will smile in your face and then knife you in the back. Forgivness is good but being taken advantage of hurts. I hope I could help and wish you well.

She might have been having her own problems at the time but she didn't want to tell any one about it.
Call her ask her to go to lunch and talk to her about this. She could have broken the friendship for no reason and She could have been going through a rough time and didn't want to bring you down.
But I think you should talk to her about this and then decide if you want to be her friend. She might not have realized that she hurt your feelings.
Best of luck and I hope this helped.

Well, you know if you feel you can,t trust her, I think it is possible for you to be friends again... Still, you could tell her about how you felt when she let you down and MAYBE she'll come down with something that will really explain her behaviour...

Just be friendly with her, but not neccesarily friends. You can greet her with a smile and make small talk, but don't talk about anything too personal.

just treat her as an acquaintance you don't necessarily have to be her friend and can still talk to her and your not going to totally ignore her.
