It was a reasonable question about care in the community. Although the Polically correct people are no longer social servcies - but social inclusion and health - makes you wonder why people who need care in the community are socially excluded when technology could be used to include them.

I think that is being a bit harsh. I mean we all need attention. this is obviously his way of getting it. And also we don't know anything about this person they could be going through a hard time at the moment. I know that is no reason to take it out on us but give the person a break.
