Brackets-Of-Division-Multiply-Add-Subtract

=1*(2 + 19 + 4*2/5 - 3)/ 1

=1*(2 + 19 + 8/5 - 3)/ 1

=1*(2 + 19 + 1.6 - 3)/ 1

=19.6

1* ( 2+19+4*2/5-3)/1 = 2+19+4*2/5-3 = 18 + 8/5

1 * anything is itself, and anything divided by 1 is itself, so we can drop those:

Multiplication and division first:
2 + 19 + 4 * 2 / 5 - 3 =

2 + 19 + 8 / 5 - 3 =

Then addition and subtraction:
2 + 19 + 1.6 - 3 = 19.6

Now, if you meant to have some of those operations in another order, you have to use parentheses. For example:

1* ( 2+19+4*2/(5-3))/1

Would be worked out this way:

2 + 19 + 8/2 =

2 + 19 + 4 = 25

1 has no relevence in this case its the same as saying
2+19+4*2/5-3
21+8/5-3
