How can I grant access to a website from a powerpoint presentation?

The websites have articles related to my topic, and I want others to click on the address to go to the website.

jus select the particular topic and give it a hyperlink from insert menu and give the internet address....

You can insert a link directly into the slide. Just have to click on that link to go to the site from that slide.
