Question about new actress on ER?

There is a new character on ER. She has long blond hair, acts kind of dumb and is religious on the show. Does anybody know her real name or what other shows she has been on? I know I have seen her before and I can't remember where.

I'm not sure of her name, but she use to be in Dawson's Creek. She was Joey's roommate.
