Sometimes, it seems like some days that the whole organization will close down if I am not there. I do more then what I am actually paid for.

I sometimes feel that way, the thing is it is a small dept. that I work for and it just two employees (my boss & me.) I haven't been able to take a good vacation, only a day here & there, in the past 3 yrs, well since I've been here and he can leave anytime he wants...like today!!! I practically do everything around here and when something happens I have to find a way to work it out. And I can't even get a raise!! But what can I say?? He is not a mean boss & so I don't complain....only to u.

I do feel unappreciated occationally, but I have started putting my foot down when it comes to doing things that aren't in my job description! There is only so much you can put up with!

Sometimes I feel that way but I have to remind myself I am working for the Lord. As the bible instructs us. It makes my job a whole lot more meaningful and purposeful.

No I actually feel very appreciated which is a nice change from the job I was at before where I felt like I was nothing.
