Go to your docs. No one here will be able to (or should )give you an informed medical opinion.
Good luck!

First and foremost, call your doctor...now. If you are still bleeding after a few minutes, go to the hospital...now. Do not take a chance and wait. That being said; sometimes when you are pregnant you become extremely dry. If this is the case, you just need to use a good, safe lubricant like KY. Do not ever use anything not specifically made for vaginal use. No Vaseline. No baby oil. None of that kind of stuff. Bad. Bad. Bad. Sometimes women have mild bleeding off and on throughout their pregnancy. This is normal and doesn't hurt you or the baby. Some women think they are still getting their period and some don't even realize they are pregnant. Think about how heavy the bleeding was. If it was heavier than your regular period and/or you had pain or cramping with it ...it could mean miscarriage. Don't panic. But do act quickly. There are many many reasons this could have happened and you and your baby could be just fine. Please call the doctor and find out for sure. Stress is bad for you and the baby. Easy your troubled mind.

Some women bleed on and off all the way through the pregnancy but it is best to make sure this is what is happening, at the moment you are in the risk period. It could be just some dead blood left over from the last cycle you had and your body wants the room for what your growing inside i.e baby placenta that sort of thing.
Take it easy dont get stressed babies dont like stress and visit your gp asap he will give you a scan probably to make sure everything is ok. good luck and hopefully you wont need it.

Ring your midwife/clinic now!! Sex can cause spotting which is nothing to worry about but it could also be a sign of a low placenta which is more serious (although not at all dangerous). Your midwife will be able to allay your fears and send you for an emergency scan if necessary. Don't wait though - get it sorted out immediately.

You should give your local maternity hospital a call and explain the situation to them. They are the Professionals at the end of the day and will offer the best advice, especially as you are pregnant. I am 37 weeks & would not risk any chances on my unborn child. Do yourself a favour & get yourself checked out. They will probably give you an early scan appointment instead of your 12 week appt to check on baby's development. Goodluck!

No worries!!! I have an 8 month old daughter.....and all throughout my pregnancy, every little thing scared me. My husband and I continued a healthy sexual relationship the whole time I was pregnant, and yes, sometimes sex will cause spotting, and i promise you that it is perfectly normal. If it gets heavy though, call the E.R. Other than that, keep enjoying sex, but make sure its also not too rough. Hope I helped!

Your doctor is going to have to be the judge on this. I did have a similar episode when I was prego with my fourth child, and upon ultrasound inspection everything was found to be in normal condition, but even my doctor couldn't tell me if this was ok until he had an ultrasound.
I hope everything goes ok with this and that it was a harmless bleeding episode.

You need a interanl exam to check your cervix and a ultrasound scan. Its not normal to bleed like this after sex. Good luck.
